Project enquiry

Tell us about your project

Start with what you know. Tell us what you would like to change and where the project is. Photos are welcome, and you can add more detail when we reply.

Your project enquiry

Start with a few essentials. Required fields are marked “Required”.

About the project

Choose the closest match. You can explain the detail below.

A general area is enough. Please do not enter your full address yet.

A sentence or two is enough to get started. We can discuss the details when we reply.

Stage, timing and budget (optional)

Share these details if you know them, or leave them for our follow-up conversation.

A preference is not a booked start date, and a budget range is not a quotation.

How we can reply

We will use this to reply about your enquiry.

We will arrange the follow-up call after your enquiry.

Photos or plans (optional)
Add photos or plans

Add up to 10 useful photos or plan PDFs. You can send the enquiry without any files.

JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF or PDF. Up to 10 files, 10 MB per file and 50 MB in total. Files are optional; you can send the enquiry without an attachment.

Before uploading, remove personal documents from view and avoid photos containing people.

We use the information you provide to assess and respond to this enquiry. Read the Privacy policy. You do not need to agree to marketing to send an enquiry.

What happens from here

Send your enquiry by form or email. We will reply and arrange a follow-up call to talk through the project. Any site visit is arranged afterwards, where useful. The written quotation sets out the agreed supply-and-fit work.

For major projects, allow at least four weeks from your first enquiry. Smaller or urgent work may be possible sooner; dates are agreed separately. Tell us what you need and when.

Useful information, without a formal brief

Tell us what you want to change and what is not working now. We can discuss budget, timing and the stage of your project when we reply. Photos or plans are helpful but optional.

If the home will be occupied, tell us what needs to remain usable. You can also read our guide to living through renovation work before sending the form.

Please give only your general area or outward postcode for now, not your full address. Do not upload documents containing bank details, signatures or other people’s personal information.
