# Who will be working in your home

A homeowner should not have to guess who is arriving, why they need access or who is responsible for the next decision. Those roles are confirmed as part of the project setup.

## One confirmed project lead

The project lead coordinates the written scope, programme, changes and handover. That does not mean one person is physically on site every minute. It means the client has a clear route for project decisions and responsibility.

## A small team, with specialists where the scope needs them

Renovation work can involve joinery, plumbing, electrical, structural and other specialist roles. We do not describe every trade as in-house when it is not. The relevant roles are coordinated through the project and confirmed before access is arranged.

## Access and key handling

Access arrangements are agreed in writing. Where the team needs a key, only the named people should hold it, it should not be copied without authority and the return arrangement should be clear at completion.

## Conduct in the home and shared building

Standard working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Shared access is protected before work begins and kept clear. The team carries out a proper end-of-day tidy so the usable parts of the home and common areas are left in a predictable state.

If a household circumstance needs a specific arrangement, tell us before the programme is agreed. It becomes reliable only when it is recorded and the people carrying out the work have been briefed.
